Who we are
PROKRATE Social Games operates this free-to-play social gaming service. In these terms, “PROKRATE”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the service operator, and “you” means the person using or holding an account on the service.
PROKRATE is a Canada-only free-to-play social casino, not a real-money gambling service. We do not accept deposits or real-money wagers, sell virtual chips, or offer cash, goods or prizes based on game outcomes. Contact us at support@prokrate.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old, be in Canada, have reached the legal gambling age in your province or territory, and be legally able to accept these terms. The service is not directed at minors. You may not use it where social gaming is prohibited, while excluded from PROKRATE, or in a way that conflicts with a restriction that applies to you.
By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you confirm that these requirements are met.
Your account
Use one personal account and provide accurate, current information. Do not share, sell or transfer access. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity performed through your account.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google verifies your identity and email before we create or link the PROKRATE profile. Google never shares your Google password with us. A new Google-connected profile is activated only after you confirm the Canada 19+ requirement and accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Tell us promptly at support@prokrate.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may request reasonable information to confirm account ownership or eligibility.
Virtual chips
PROKRATE chips are a limited, revocable licence to use an entertainment feature inside the service. They have no monetary value, are not your property, and cannot be purchased, sold, gifted, transferred or exchanged for cash, goods, services or prizes.
The same profile balance is used across all PROKRATE games. We may correct a balance affected by a technical error, duplicated reward, unauthorised manipulation or breach of these terms. Where practical, we will explain a material correction.
Playing
Game results are resolved by the PROKRATE game service. Reel movement, sounds, line traces and visual effects present the resolved result; they do not change it. Individual results are random and past play does not predict future outcomes.
If a round is interrupted, the server record and wallet ledger control. Contact support if a completed round appears inconsistent so we can review the available technical record.
Fair use
You must not use bots, scripts or automation; exploit or conceal a defect; create duplicate accounts to collect rewards; interfere with the wallet or game service; scrape protected content; impersonate another person; or attempt to access another account or restricted system.
PROKRATE names, artwork, interfaces, games and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal, non-commercial use of the service does not transfer ownership of that material to you.
Suspension and closure
We may restrict, suspend or close an account to protect the service, investigate abuse, enforce these terms or comply with law. We will provide a reason where reasonably possible and legally permitted. You may ask us to review a decision by email.
You may activate self-exclusion through Responsible Play or request account restriction or permanent closure through Player Care. A selected self-exclusion period cannot be ended early. Closure may remove your virtual-chip balance, game activity records and access, subject to information we must retain for security or legal reasons.
Availability and liability
The service is provided for free personal entertainment and may occasionally be unavailable, changed or interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device or preservation of purely virtual progress.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, PROKRATE is responsible only for direct and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by our breach, not indirect loss, lost opportunities or loss caused by your device, connection or misuse.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the service, law or security requirements change. The current version and effective date will remain on this page. If a change materially affects account-holder rights, we will give reasonable advance notice through the service or the email associated with the account where practicable.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and the province or territory connected with the service, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@prokrate.com so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a provision immediately is not a waiver of it.
