PROKRATE Social Games is responsible for the personal data used to provide this Canada-only service. Questions, privacy requests and account-deletion requests can be sent to the working privacy contact at support@prokrate.com.
What we collect
Display name, adult-age confirmation and any identifying details you voluntarily include in a support request.
Email address and messages sent to Player Care.
Password hash, authentication state, security events and account settings. We do not store your plain-text password.
If you choose Google, we receive its account identifier, verified email, display name and optional profile image. We never receive your Google password.
Virtual-chip balance, rewards, game visits, spins, results and game activity records tied to your profile.
Browser, device, network and request information needed for delivery, diagnostics, fraud prevention and security logs.
Cookie consent, sound, motion and display choices stored in your browser and, where necessary, evidence of your consent choice.
We do not ask for payment-card or banking details because PROKRATE has no purchases, deposits or withdrawals.

Verify, create and reconnect a Google-linked profile when you actively choose Continue with Google.

Answer requests, apply breaks or restrictions, investigate faults and protect users and the service.
- Remember optional choices.
Use atmosphere memory or analytics only when you unfold the relevant Cookie Folio layer.
- Meet legal obligations.
Respond to valid legal requests and preserve records where retention is required.
Depending on the law that applies, these uses rely on performing our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating a safe service, your consent, or a legal obligation.
How long we keep it
Account and play records are kept while your account is active and afterwards only for as long as reasonably needed for security, dispute handling, backups and legal obligations. Support records are kept long enough to resolve the request and maintain an appropriate audit trail.
Cookie choices remain until they expire, are replaced by a new choice or are removed from your browser. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed, unless law requires longer retention.
Your rights
Ask for a copy of personal data we hold about you.
Ask us to correct incomplete or inaccurate information.
Ask us to erase data unless retention is required or otherwise lawful.
Ask us to pause particular processing while a concern is reviewed.
Request eligible data in a structured, machine-readable format.

Security
We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, access controls, request protection, backups and security logging. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we review protections and limit access to people and providers that need it.
If a personal-data incident creates a legally reportable risk, we will notify affected people and the relevant authority as required by applicable law.
